Welcome to week 2! This week in Religion, we will continue to investigate life in first century Palestine. Students will identify Jewish groups in first century Palestine and find out what daily life was like in Jesus' time. In
History, we will continue to explore life in 18th century England and some of the crimes punishable by transportation. In English, we examine nonsense verse and poetry and explore the ways that authors use poetic devices to entertain their audiences. In Maths, we are working on two-digit subtraction involving regrouping. Lots of Study Ladder tasks have been set for addition consolidation at school and at home. Look out for the term newsletter which will outline our curriculum foci for the term. We are looking forward to a busy week ahead!
