This week in Year 4, students complete their historical narrative to showcase their knowledge of life in 18th century England, the journey of the First Fleet and life for convicts in the new colony. In English, students continue designing an anthology of wordplay poems and select a poem to learn and present to the class. On completion of our History unit, students this week begin to investigate flowering plants and their role in the ecosystem. They will be using our kitchen garden spaces around the school to observe the life-cycle of flowering plants.
