This week in maths we are exploring probability. Students describe the probability of everyday events occurring and identify dependent and independent outcomes. In history, students are given the opportunity to demonstrate their knowledge of frontier conflict, by writing an exposition in response to the question: "Was Australia Terra Nullius?". Students will use the literary devices that we have been exploring throughout the term, including rhetorical questions, emotive words, modal verbs and adverbs and 'the rule of three'. Sacraments continue to be the focus for our work in Religion. This week, students examine the symbols associated with sacraments of healing and explore scriptural connections to anointing of the sick. .

Thank you to those who have returned portfolios. Portfolios are due back as soon as possible.
